About Eftychia

Eftychia Konstantinidou is ESG Manager at MAG45 and a passionate advocate for building sustainable, transparent supply chains. With a background that spans consultancy, journalism and international research, she brings a unique mix of analytical sharpness and storytelling to the field of sustainability.

She specializes in helping organizations navigate complex EU regulations like CSRD, not as a tick-box exercise, but as an opportunity to strengthen their strategy and build a more future-fit business.Eftychia believes the first step towards sustainability is accepting its complexity. As a systems thinking advocate she challenges the idea of linear cause-and-effect logic and she thinks we need to delve into the connections and dynamics of the whole system we are embedded in order to deliver long-lasting sustainable solutions.
Eftychia believes sustainability is a team effort and real progress comes when organizations work across departments to solve challenges and create systemic change.

“Sustainability thrives only when it stops being ‘someone else’s responsibility.’ When people across an organization see it as part of their work, their choices and their priorities, then we can say that sustainability can be a driver for positive change”

Beyond work, Eftychia often escapes into the woods, where nature helps her slow down. She finds happiness in writing poems about life, inspired by small, ordinary moments that feel anything but ordinary.

Experience & background

She conducts double materiality assessments, translates complex EU sustainability regulations into actionable steps, and conducts ESG training workshops driving awareness and integration of sustainability best practices.
