The corporate management of MAG45 draws on its expertise and leadership to promote the interests of more than 250 employees, the shareholders and the MAG45 customers around the globe. The directors of MAG45 form the basis for responsible corporate management.

Bauke Zeinstra is Managing Director at MAG45 and Senior Vice President at Solar. He joined us in 2014, before which he fulfilled several prominent positions in Procurement and Industrial Sales. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Master's in Political Science and Government.		Jos Poelman is Finance Director at MAG45. He joined us in 2016, previously holding leading positions in Finance. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture Economics and a Master's in Business Administration.		Victor Roos is Commercial Director at MAG45. He joined us in 2002, working for different companies in Sales & Marketing before this. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Export Marketing and took a Business Strategy Course at the University of Groningen – The Netherlands.

Marc van de Ven is Operations Director at MAG45. He kicked off his career at MAG45 in 2006, prior to which he earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Engineering and a Master's in Industrial Engineering & Management Science.		Carolien Poelman is Human Resources Director at MAG45. She joined us in 2016 and before that she fulfilled several leading positions in a variety of companies and owned a consultancy company. She holds a Master's in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.		Michiel Meijer is Procurement Director at MAG45. He joined us in 2018, serving as CEO and COO at different companies before this. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering.
