Bauke Zeinstra
CEO

Bauke Zeinstra is Chief Executive Officer at MAG45 and Senior Vice President at Solar. He joined the company in 2014, following some years as a member of the board at Technische Unie (Sonepar Netherlands) where he was responsible for procurement and M&A. He brings with him extensive international experience in building and scaling up companies and integrating them post-merger. Starting out as a senior consultant at DHV in Amersfoort, he later held senior roles as a director of procurement and industrial sales at Telfort (British Telecom), Hagemeyer and Rexel. He prides himself on creating an inspiring environment in which individuals and companies thrive. Bauke holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s in Political Science and Government.

Carolien Poelman
CHRO

Carolien Poelman is Chief Human Resources Officer at MAG45. She joined the company in 2015 having held senior HR positions in a variety of other companies. Carolien started out as an entrepreneur, founding an outdoor training agency focusing on team building and personal effectiveness. She then moved into the telecoms industry, holding marketing, sales and HR roles with KPN in the Netherlands and Belgium. From there, she joined the Freia Group previously KPN’s training division as Business Consultant Learning for KPN, later becoming Key Account Director Learning and Development. A similar role followed at Conclusion consulting company in Utrecht before she took on the challenge of HR Management Development at Imtech. Carolien holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.

Marc van de Ven
COO

Marc van de Ven is Chief Operating Officer at MAG45. He kicked off his career by joining MAG45 in 2006 and has advanced his career with the company ever since. Marc started as a Contract Manager, became a Project Manager – executing customer consultancy projects for Dutch and international companies – then spent nearly four years as Manager Solutions Engineering. He moved into a role as Director Fulfilment before restructuring MAG45’s procurement department in his capacity as CPO, an interim role that he shared with the company CEO. For the past seven years, he has been COO, responsible for global operations. Marc earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Engineering and a Master’s in Industrial Engineering & Management Science.

Bart Griffijn
CPO

Bart became Chief Procurement Officer in January 2023 and is responsible for tactical sourcing, category management, and product data management. He joined MAG45 in 2010 as a Contract Manager after various internships at manufacturing companies in the logistics and supply chain management fields. He continued his career at MAG45 as a Project Manager, responsible for designing and implementing customer-specific solutions, before becoming Business Development Manager with a remit to find new customers and coordinate MAG45’s business development activities globally. In January 2020, he took on the role of managing the company’s new Sourcing Department and in 2021 he became Director Procurement. Bart holds a Master’s degree in International Business (Supply Chain Management) from Maastricht University School of Business and Economics.

Dirk van den Hengel
CCO

Dirk van den Hengel is Chief Commercial Officer at MAG45. He is a Supply Chain Management professional with a strong track record in Key account management, business consultancy and project management. Dirk started his career in Logistics Engineering, followed by several years in Project/Programme management, where he was responsible for global, multisite business transition projects. In 2014, he became Manager Solutions Engineering where he led a large international team that made a significant contribution to MAG45’s growth. He took on the role of Director Sales and Business Solutions before being promoted to CCO. Dirk holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management Science from Eindhoven University of Technology.

Ronald Mulders
CFO

Ronald joined MAG45 in 2024 as Chief Financial Officer, becoming the newest member of MAG45’s management team. He brings extensive experience from several senior financial positions across various industries. Ronald began his journey in audit and advisory, meanwhile obtaining his Executive Master’s in Finance & Control from Nyenrode Business University. Subsequently, he cultivated his career in finance within private equity, apparel, and laboratory sectors. Prior to joining MAG45, Ronald served as CFO at DP World Inland in Rotterdam, after holding multiple senior FP&A roles at LyondellBasell.

Borek Adamek
Country Manager Czech Republic

Borek Adamek is Country Manager for MAG45 in the Czech Republic. He joined the team in 2005 after working in several procurement related positions for major international concerns (ABB, FEI Company, Philips). Borek started with MAG45 as a manager and was promoted to the Country Manager role four years later. Based in Brno, Borek has a technical education.

Echo Liu
Country Manager China, responsible for Asia

Echo Liu is Country Manager for MAG45 China and also responsible for activities in the rest of Asia. She joined the company in 2007 when it was still part of Philips, taking up a position in sales & marketing. Coming from the semiconductor industry, she had previously held positions in project management and international sales & marketing at Goodark Electronics. Following MAG45’s independence, Echo took on the role of General Manager at MAG45’s Chinese operations in Jiangsu and two years later was appointed Managing Director. She became Country Manager China in 2018. Echo holds a Bachelor’s degree in European Business Management and a Master’s in Business Administration.

Arkadiusz Kosciolowski
Country Manager Poland

Arkadiusz Kosciolowski is Country Manager for MAG45 Poland. Before joining the company in 2011, he gained several years’ experience in MRO logistics and purchasing for GTD Mechanization, a major multinational responsible for spare parts deliveries to production plants throughout Poland and Germany. His expertise encompasses all aspects of management from Operations to Customer Service and Continuous Improvement. Based near Poznan, Poland, ‘Arek’ (as he prefers to be called) is a graduate in Automation Engineering from the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin.

Torrence Leftridge
Country Manager USA

Torrence (Torry) Leftridge became Country Manager for MAG45 USA in 2023. He started his career in Oregon in 1998, quickly transitioning to the Operations Manager role in the off-road motorcycle and ATV accessories distribution market. After 8 years he moved to a larger multi-site distribution company in the building materials industry, where he led procurement, warehouse design, and systems implementation projects. In 2012 Torry joined CoorsTek Medical LLC as Buyer/Planner, rapidly becoming the Supply Chain Manager and then Group Supply Chain Manager for six North American facilities. In 2018 he took a role as Supply Chain Manager for Stanley Infrastructure, moving in 2020 to a similar role with CLIMAX Portable Machine Tools, both organizations being OEMs in the heavy industrial equipment industry. In mid-2021 he became Manager of Global Strategic Sourcing at Fictiv, directing a global team on a quest to redefine manufacturing expectations across industries. Torry is a data focused leader with a large breadth of experience to draw from in Supply Chain, Operations, and System Development leadership. His passion for developing Supply Chain improvements helps to invigorate teams reaching for new heights. Torry holds a degree in International Business and an MBA from Eastern Oregon University.

Jonathan Sail
Country Manager UK & Ireland

Jonathan Sail is Country Manager for MAG45 in the UK and Ireland, running their operations out of Warrington in Cheshire. He joined the company over 10 years ago. Jonathan’s more than twenty years’ experience in the Integrated Supply business includes working directly with the senior management teams of blue-chip Pharma, Med-Tech and FMCG companies. Earlier in his career he held a board-level position in Operations and IT for a multi-location solicitor’s practice and later worked for Purple SSL as UK Site Manager, with responsibility for the integrated supply management of all Purple’s UK sites. Jonathan began his time at MAG45 in the role of UK Operations Manager and was promoted to Country Manager in 2022.

Nicolas Caquelard
Country Manager Switzerland & France

Nicolas Caquelard is the Country Manager for MAG45 in Switzerland and for the company’s new hub in France, opened late 2022. Based in Neuchâtel, Switzerland, he joined MAG45 in 2014 as a customer service professional, becoming Operations Manager in 2018 and Country Manager in 2022. Before joining MAG45, he worked in the logistics industry – first in purchasing and stock management roles for small companies and then in distribution and procurement planning for Johnson & Johnson and later Biomet. Nicolas studied commerce & production and has an Advanced Technician’s certificate.

Vitali Paschajan

Country Manager Germany

Vitali is the Country Manager for MAG45 Germany and joined the company in 2024. Prior to this role, Vitali advanced his career in the automotive industry at SPARKS, starting in R&D and progressing to Managing Director of SPARKS subsidiaries. Based in Bavaria, Germany, Vitali holds a degree in Electro & Information Technology from the Technical University of Munich.

Alessandro di Poce
Country Manager Italy

Alessandro Di Poce is country manager for MAG45 Italy, based in Ceccano (Frosinone province). He started his career in 2008 as Commercial Operator for Savone Global Services (SGS), a company involved in the distribution of technical products for industry. Alessandro held numerous roles at SGS, from Business Development Manager – focusing on customer contracts and service solutions – to Commercial Director and then General Operations and Commercial Director, overseeing two of the group’s companies. In 2018, he joined MAG45 as Operations Manager, becoming Operations and Commercial Manager in 2019. Since 2022 he has been in the role of Country Manager controlling two operational teams in Ceccano and Monza. Alessandro has a Master’s in Economics.
