About Jurgen

Jurgen van Wijck is Project Manager at MAG45, where he helps manufacturers successfully implement integrated supply chain solutions. From tailored Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) concepts to complex supply chain implementations, Jurgen ensures that every project is delivered timely with a strong focus on collaboration, operational excellence, and long-term customer value.

With an international background in business process management, operational excellence, and supply chain transformation, Jurgen enjoys bringing structure to complexity. His pragmatic approach, combined with experience across multiple industries and cultures, enables him to connect people, processes, and technology to achieve sustainable improvements.

In his free time, Jurgen enjoys making international travels together with his (soon to be) wife and explore new surroundings and cultures. Preferably, visiting a Spanish speaking country. When at home in Nijmegen, he likes to go for a run or a walk and enjoy the city.

Experience & background

Jurgen joined MAG45 in 2025 as Project Manager, where he leads multidisciplinary implementation projects for integrated supply chain solutions. Besides managing customer implementations, he also acts as Solution Owner for Vendor Managed Inventory (Stock at Hand), helping customers optimize inventory availability while reducing operational complexity.

Before joining MAG45, Jurgen spent six years as a Senior Business Consultant at MLC (later acquired by IG&H), working on large-scale transformation projects for international organizations including HEMA, Caldic, Kramp, Interfood Group and Rabobank. His work focused on Operational Excellence, Lean methodologies, Supply Chain Optimization, business process management and ERP implementations, often in international environments across Europe, Asia and the Americas.

Jurgen holds a Master of Science in Business Administration, specializing in Organization Design and Development, from Radboud University. He also earned a Bachelor’s degree in International Business and Languages from HAN University of Applied Sciences and completed an international semester at Universidad de Chile. He is certified in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (IIBLC), Scrum master (PSM I), Business Process Management (BPM), Digital Process Transformation, Operational risk (In Control), and Advisory Skills.
