About Anastasija

Anastasija Nazarian is Manager Business Solutions at MAG45 and a driving force behind business development and consultative sales within the company. With her strong analytical mindset and high energy, she connects strategic supply chain goals to client-specific needs; helping manufacturers transform tail supply complexity into opportunity.

What sets Anastasija apart is her relentless drive. With a background in consulting, market research and business operations, she brings both structure and creativity to complex commercial environments. She combines commercial sharpness with a people-focused, multilingual approach that resonates across teams and industries.

Outside of work, Anastasija loves to spend active time with her family, like going for trips, hiking, and playing. Another one of her passions is cooking. Preparing delicious dishes for friends and relatives, joining various cooking classes and trying out new recipes is what keeps her creative and energized. To stay active and sportive, she is exercising daily and doing different types of workouts like pilates, HIIT and stretching.

Experience & background

Anastasija has been with MAG45 since 2016 and currently leads two teams: business development and project management as Manager Business Solutions. In this role, she aligns customer needs with MAG45’s value proposition, she supports with developing tailor-made proposals and overlooking large-scale solution implementations for blue-chip companies.  She also plays a key role in developing strategies and strengthening long-term client relationships.

She began her career at MAG45 as a Junior Business Developer and grew into roles in consultancy and global account engagement. Before that, she worked in various academic and event coordination roles at institutions such as University of Twente, Saxion Hogeschool and TEC Europe.

Anastasija holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Twente, a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from Saxion University of Applied Sciences, and additional certifications in talent development and communication. She is fluent in English, Dutch, Russian and Latvian, with experience working in diverse, international teams.
