Nataliya Adema is Business Development Manager at MAG45, where she helps high-tech and med-tech manufacturers transform their tail supply into a strategic advantage. With over 20 years of international experience in sales, account management and supply chain consulting, she combines sharp commercial thinking with a people-centred mindset.
What sets Nataliya apart is her ability to build bridges between teams, cultures and disciplines. Whether it’s supplier consolidation, integrated VMI or full-scope kitting, she helps clients find clarity in complexity and align tail supply with long-term value creation. In everything she does, she connects business transformation to individual growth.
In her free time, Nataliya enjoys watercolor painting, travelling, reading, and spending quality time with her husband and three children.
Experience & background
Nataliya joined MAG45 in 2025 and brings a rich background in supply chain software, consulting and business development. Prior to MAG45, she held leadership roles at EyeOn and Dassault Systèmes, where she focused on planning optimization and operational excellence. She also worked at Jabil, iQor and Telmar, serving clients across Europe, and the CIS region.
Her career spans both the hardware and software sides of the supply chain, giving her a broad and pragmatic perspective on what it takes to drive real change. Alongside her commercial work, Nataliya is also a certified transformational coach, helping professionals grow through change, just as she helps organizations do the same.
She holds a master’s degree in International Economic Relations from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and is fluent in Dutch, English, Russian, Ukrainian and conversational German.
