About Mark

Mark Telgenkamp helps manufacturers turn tail supply complexity into a strategic opportunity. As Business Development Manager at MAG45, he partners with leading companies in high-tech, med-tech and industrial manufacturing to rethink the role of non-core supply; consolidating suppliers, streamlining operations, and unlocking long-term value.

With a strong foundation in both finance and sales, Mark is a commercial leader with a strong analytical and strategic background, bringing a data-driven approach to revenue growth, deal structuring, and executive-level client engagement. This allows him to create strategic and long term partnerships.He thrives in multidisciplinary environments and is known for his ability to build trust, create structure, and turn potential into measurable results. For Mark, business development is about crafting strategic collaborations that move companies forward, sustainably and with purpose.

In his spare time Mark loves to spend time outdoors and practice sports such as cycling, hiking and social activities with friends and family. Mark’s biggest passions are travelling the world and to enjoy music and festivals.

Experience & background

Mark joined MAG45 in 2025, after having built a broad career across finance, sales and account management roles. Prior to MAG45, he worked nearly six years at HAVI, where he was responsible for large international accounts with activities across Europe and Asia and helped clients develop more digital and sustainable supply chains. He also served as Director of Business Development EMEA at coneksion®, where he worked on digital supply chain solutions. 

Earlier in his career, Mark worked at Ballast Nedam in various senior finance roles. His diverse background gives him an edge in understanding multiple perspectives and stakeholders of the supply chain equation.

He holds a Master’s degree in International Business (Finance) from Maastricht University and studied abroad at the University of Gothenburg.
