Wladimir Tissen is Country Manager for MAG45 Germany. He joined the company in 2023, continuing a global career in B2B industrial technology and equipment. Wladimir started out as a Research and Development Engineer at EVA Fahrzeugtechnik in Munich, working on BMW’s Clean Energy project. In 2007, he joined BAUER Technologies Far East as ISO Coordinator and Sales Manager responsible for Singapore, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, and Mongolia. From there, he became Sales Manager at BAUER Maschinen, and then Senior Sales and Marketing Manager at BAUER Technologies Far East, based in Singapore, before joining PT BAUER Equipment Indonesia, in Jakarta, as Director. He returned to Germany in 2021 as Regional Sales Manager for DYWIDAG, a global leader in construction and infrastructure technology. Wladimir studied mechanical engineering at the University of Applied Sciences in Esslingen and has an MBA from the Technical University of Munich.
